At the Institute for Clinical and Conversational Hypnosis, we have developed a special hypnotherapy program to eliminate harmful habits, which does not require agonizing conscious struggle or daily effort. Its goal is to help individuals achieve on a deeper level – through the subconscious – sustainable behavior change.
The program is designed for those who struggle with habits such as:
- smoking,
- overeating,
- excessive drinking of alcohol,
- nail biting,
- procrastination,
- insomnia,
- Impulsive shopping.
It is also suitable for people who suffer from low self-esteem, harmful thought patterns, chronic stress and burnout. A large portion of our participants have already tried other methods and conscious approaches, but without lasting success. These people are looking for a solution that goes deeper – to the fundamental unconscious patterns that guide their behavior.
Who is the program not suitable for?
Program not suitable for everyone. If you are looking for quick, superficial solutions without personal commitment, or are not prepared to do the inner work, this approach is unlikely to be effective.
Even if symptoms can be quickly resolved, they often return if we do not change the deeper pattern in the background. The key feature of our program is precisely this: we don't just eliminate symptoms, but help people to atypical results, that go beyond the initial purpose of therapy.
Atypical results: more than just fixing the problem
People often come to us with a single problem – for example, to quit smoking. However, during the process, they begin to change other areas of their lives as well: health, financial situation, relationships, self-esteem and general well-being.
A common feedback from participants is the feeling greater inner peace and self-awareness. This is not the result of coercion or painful renunciation, but a natural consequence of a change in the subconscious.
Why does hypnotherapy work differently?
Consciously fighting harmful habits requires a lot of self-discipline and willpower. When we are emotionally vulnerable, tired or stressed, we quickly return to old patterns. Hypnotherapy works differently.
As he said Milton Erickson, one of the most influential hypnotherapists:
»"Our consciousness is smart. But our unconscious is wise."«
In hypnotherapy we don't work with intellectual struggle, but with your inner wisdom – with the unconscious. This means that no need for nicotine patches, e-cigarettes, bitter varnishes, lists of rules, apps or daily exercises. The program does not require additional assignments or recordings that you would have to listen to for several weeks.
Hypnosis is not a loss of control
Many people worry that they will lose control in hypnosis. This is not true. Hypnosis means more control, not less. In this state, you have greater choice – the ability to consciously react to new ideas. Suggestibility does not mean passive receptivity, but greater openness to constructive change.
In the program, we don't just deal with symptoms, we go to the core of the problem – where the patterns that guide your habits and choices are created. A hypnotherapist is not someone who “puts a spell on you”, but someone who helps you access your own inner power, who already knows the answer.
