Verjamejo, da bi morali biti bolj disciplinirani, bolj motivirani ali bolj odlo\u010dni. V resnici pa je te\u017eava pogosto drugje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paradoks avtomatizma temelji na spoznanju, da ve\u010dina slabih navad sploh ni ve\u010d zavestna odlo\u010ditev. S\u010dasoma postanejo avtomatizirani vzorci vedenja, ki se odvijajo skoraj brez razmi\u0161ljanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prav zato lahko \u010dlovek iskreno \u017eeli opustiti dolo\u010deno navado, pa se kljub temu vedno znova znajde v istem vedenjskem vzorcu. Ne zato, ker si spremembe ne \u017eeli dovolj, ampak zato, ker navada deluje na ravni avtomatizma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako nastane avtomatizem<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ve\u010dina navad deluje po zelo preprosti strukturi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Najprej obstaja nek spro\u017eilec oziroma \u00bbtrigger\u00ab. To je lahko dolo\u010dena situacija, \u010das dneva, \u010dustveno stanje, kraj ali dejavnost. Na ta spro\u017eilec se s\u010dasoma pove\u017ee dolo\u010deno vedenje, ki posamezniku prinese neko obliko nagrade ali olaj\u0161anja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Primer je lahko pitje kave in kajenje cigarete. \u010ce nekdo ob kavi redno pri\u017ege cigareto, se med obema dejavnostma postopoma ustvari mo\u010dna povezava. S\u010dasoma postane cigareta skoraj samoumeven del pitja kave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Takrat navada ni ve\u010d rezultat premi\u0161ljene odlo\u010ditve. Dogaja se avtomati\u010dno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prav zato navado imenujemo navada \u2013 ker se zgodi brez ve\u010djega zavestnega razmisleka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zakaj volja pogosto ni dovolj<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mnogi ljudje posku\u0161ajo navade spremeniti tako, da se \u0161e bolj trudijo ali si postavljajo stro\u017eja pravila. Toda \u010de je vedenje \u017ee avtomatizirano, zgolj mo\u010d volje pogosto ni dovolj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Te\u017eava ni nujno v tem, da \u010dlovek nima dovolj samokontrole. Te\u017eava je v tem, da avtomatizem deluje hitreje od zavestnega razmi\u0161ljanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ko se spro\u017ei ustaljen vzorec, telo in um pogosto \u017ee za\u010dneta izvajati vedenje, \u0161e preden se posameznik sploh zave, kaj se dogaja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zato sprememba navad ni toliko problem volje, kot je problem avtomatizma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prvi korak spremembe: Vnos zavesti v avtomatizem<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prvi pomemben korak pri spreminjanju navad je poseg v avtomati\u010dni proces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To pomeni, da se nau\u010dimo opaziti trenutek, ko se navada za\u010dne odvijati. Namesto da bi navada tekla po ustaljenih tirnicah, za\u010dnemo ustvarjati nove mo\u017enosti odzivanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To ne pomeni, da se bo navada spremenila \u010dez no\u010d. Pomeni pa, da se za\u010dne spreminjati mehanizem, ki jo ohranja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ko avtomatizem ni ve\u010d popolnoma nezaveden, postane sprememba bistveno la\u017eja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delo na nezavednih avtomatizmih<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ko posameznik razvije ve\u010d zavedanja o svojih vedenjskih vzorcih, lahko sledi naslednji korak: delo na nezavednih avtomatizmih, ki navado poganjajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na tej ravni se lahko uporabljajo razli\u010dni pristopi, katerih cilj je neposrednej\u0161a sprememba samega vzorca. Veliko pogosteje gre za avtomatizirane vzorce, ki se spro\u017eajo brez zavestne odlo\u010ditve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prvi korak spremembe zato ni ve\u010dja disciplina, temve\u010d ve\u010dje zavedanje.
