Come on. Relax.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And what happens?<br>Shoulders rise.<br>The jaw clenches.<br>The tension is growing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It&#039;s the same with sleep.<br>The more you try to fall asleep, the more awake you are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now, an honest question:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do you do the same with your body?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Problem: You become a dictator of your body<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Most people approach the body as a machine that needs to be controlled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Commands:<br>\u2013 \u201cDon\u2019t eat that.\u201d<br>\u2013 \u201cYou need to lose weight.\u201d<br>\u2013 \u201cGather yourself.\u201d<br>\u2013 \u201cWhy aren\u2019t you working?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When the body doesn&#039;t obey, frustration sets in.<br>When overeating occurs again, guilt sets in.<br>When energy runs out, pressure comes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You become a little dictator in your own body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But the body is not a machine.<br>And he&#039;s not your subordinate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Secret #1: You do not have a body \u2014 you are the body<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your heart beats without your control.<br>Your immune system works without your decision.<br>Your cells renew themselves without your \u201cdiscipline.\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This means one thing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The body already knows what it&#039;s doing.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The problem is not in the body.<br>The problem is the idea that you have to lead it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What happens when you understand this?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you stop being the \u201cboss,\u201d a shift occurs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>less internal conflict<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>less tension<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>more regulation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>more body confidence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And most importantly:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>the body begins to cooperate.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The first step (simple but crucial)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the morning, before you get up:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Take 30 seconds.<br>Feel the body.<br>And admit it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe body worked for me all night.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is not a technique.<br>This is a change in attitude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udc49 V naslednjem \u010dlanku:<br><strong>Why more effort actually makes your condition worse.<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Si kdaj opazil, da bolj kot se trudi\u0161 sprostiti\u2026 bolj si napet?
