raziskovanje vzroka<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvi korak k trajni spremembi je spoznanje, da vedenje samo po sebi ni problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hrana, cigarete ali odla\u0161anje niso resni\u010dna te\u017eava has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. korak: Prepoznavanje spro\u017eilcev v telesu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne gre le za zunanje okoli\u0161\u010dine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klju\u010dno je vpra\u0161anje:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kaj se v meni zgodi tik preden pride do impulza?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Gre za telesne ob\u010dutke, napetosti, notranje premike, ki spro\u017eijo avtomatski odziv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. korak: Ujeti trenutek pred avtomatizmom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pomemben preobrat se zgodi, ko uspemo zaznati tisti trenutek tik pred vedenjem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tisti trenutek:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul \u010dustvo se skriva za navado?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vsaka navada nekaj regulira ali potla\u010di.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lahko gre za:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>jezo, ki si je ne dovolimo \u010dutiti,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u017ealost, ki jo je te\u017eko izraziti,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>strah, ki ga ne znamo predelati,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ob\u010dutek osamljenosti ali zavrnjenosti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Namesto da bi ta \u010dustva do\u017eiveli, jih pogosto \u201cpreusmerimo\u201d v vedenje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. korak: Katera potreba ostaja neizra\u017eena?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Za vsakim vedenjem je tudi neizpolnjena potreba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vpra\u0161anja, ki si jih lahko zastavimo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ali nekdo prestopa moje meje, pa jih ne postavim?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ali potrebujem po\u010ditek, pa si ga ne dovolim?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ali pogre\u0161am bli\u017eino, varnost, sprejetost?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Navade pogosto nadome\u0161\u010dajo tisto, \u010desar si ne dovolimo izraziti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. korak: Notranja sporo\u010dila iz preteklosti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Velik del na\u0161ih odzivov temelji na ponotranjenih sporo\u010dilih, kot so:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201cBodi priden.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cNe kompliciraj.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cNe bodi preve\u010d.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cNe ka\u017eii \u010dustev.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta t. i. \u201cskriptna sporo\u010dila\u201d class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. korak: Spo\u0161tovanje teh programov<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Klju\u010dno je, da teh programov ne obravnavamo kot sovra\u017enike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neko\u010d so nas za\u0161\u010ditili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Niso slabi \u2013 so pa zastareli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko jih za\u010dnemo spo\u0161tovati in razumeti njihovo funkcijo, se lahko od njih lo\u010dimo brez notranjega konflikta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. korak: Ustvarjanje nove regulacije<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sprememba se ne zgodi z voljo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zgodi se, ko ustvarimo nove na\u010dine regulacije:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>skozi ob\u010dutek varnosti v telesu,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>skozi nove podzavestne vedenjska \u2013 je identitetna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne gre za to, da se \u201ctrudim biti druga\u010den\u201d, ampak da si dovolim postati oseba, ki \u017eivi druga\u010de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To zahteva izku\u0161enj.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u010dasoma podzavest sprejme, da je nov na\u010din varen \u2013 in sprememba postane trajna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
