Let's focus on symptoms, instead of on the real cause of the problem. Because of this, we often find ourselves in a vicious cycle of trying, being disappointed, and repeating the same behaviors.

Many people wonder why, even after a hundred attempts with more discipline, more self-control, and more effort, change still fails. Why do we keep falling back into old habits? The reason is often that we are trying to solve the wrong part of the problem.

When overeating the problem is not food.
When smoking the problem is not nicotine.
When delaying or procrastinating they didn't solve the problem.

Symptoms are only a superficial expression of a deeper issue.

Why discipline alone often doesn't work

With almost any harmful behavior that we try to change solely through sheer willpower, discipline often has no realistic chance of success. Not because we are weak or unmotivated, but because the real problem is deeper.

They are often in the background unconscious patterns in the subconscious. These patterns did not arise by chance – they were formed through our experiences and life circumstances, often in early childhood.

They had an important function at the time. They helped us adapt, protected us, or made it easier for us to deal with certain situations. In some way, they helped us to survive or protect oneself emotionally.

Therefore, it is important to activate these internal defense mechanisms. we understand and respect.

When old programs start to limit

Although these patterns once served us, they can start to function differently in adulthood. Instead of helping us, they can start to limit us.

Such unconscious programs can cause:

we repeat the same behaviors,

we keep returning to old habits,

we remain trapped in the same life patterns.

That's why many people feel like they're trapped in vicious circle.

When willpower runs out, more feelings of guilt often arise.
More guilt, however, can reactivate old unconscious patterns.

These patterns then lead to the same behaviors again, which means even less change and even more of a feeling that things are not moving forward.

Change becomes easier when we work on the cause

When we start working on subconscious levels, the process of change often begins to unfold differently.

Instead of fighting the symptoms, let's focus on cause, which created these symptoms in the first place. When the internal program changes, behavior can also change.

Such a change is often:

more natural,

less tiring,

more stable,

and above all more durable.

The reason for this is simple: we are no longer just correcting external behavior, but changing internal samples, which they created.

How to break old patterns

If you really want to break old patterns and create lasting change – whether it’s about:

overeating,

smoking,

procrastination,

or any other undesirable habit,

it is important to start in the right place.

Not in symptoms, but within yourself and your subconscious.

When we begin to understand and change the internal programs that lie behind our behaviors, change can become much more achievable and lasting.

I can help you with this process.

Ko želimo prekiniti škodljivo ali nezaželeno navado, večina ljudi naredi isto napako.
