Dobra novica je, da obstaja preprosta, u\u010dinkovita vaja, s katero lahko to razliko za\u010dnemo zaznavati bolj jasno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preprosta vaja: \u00bbBodi\u010dek\u00ab oziroma sken telesa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ena izmed najbolj enostavnih in u\u010dinkovitih tehnik je t. i. <strong>sken telesa<\/strong> (v\u010dasih poimenovan tudi \u00bbbodi\u010dek\u00ab).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vaja traja manj kot minuto in jo lahko izvedete kjerkoli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lahko:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>obdr\u017eite o\u010di odprte<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ali jih zaprete, \u010de vam je tako la\u017eje<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Postopek je preprost:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ustavite se za trenutek.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pozornost usmerite v telo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mentalno \u00bbpreskenirajte\u00ab telo od glave navzdol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opazujte \u2013 brez analiziranja in brez presojanja.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Klju\u010dno vpra\u0161anje je: <strong>Kaj dejansko zaznavam v telesu?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kaj opazovati med skenom telesa?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Med opazovanjem se vpra\u0161ajte:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Je kak\u0161en del telesa posebej zakr\u010den ali zategnjen?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u010cutim napetost v ramenih, vratu, \u010deljusti?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je v trebuhu prisotna \u00bbkepa\u00ab?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gre za ob\u010dutek praznine ali \u00bbluknje\u00ab v \u017eelodcu?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je prisoten notranji nemir, ki si \u017eeli tola\u017ebe?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pomembno je razlikovati med:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fiziolo\u0161ko lakoto<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>postopno nara\u0161\u010da<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prisotna je telesna praznina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>telo daje jasne signale po energiji<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>po obroku nastopi zadovoljstvo in umiritev<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u010custvenim impulzom po hrani<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>pojavi se nenadno<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pogosto je povezan z napetostjo, nemirom ali notranjim pritiskom<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ni nujno vezan na telesno praznino<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>po hranjenju pogosto ostane ob\u010dutek nelagodja ali krivde<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Povezava z dogodki in \u010dustvi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko opazite telesne ob\u010dutke, si lahko zastavite \u0161e eno vpra\u0161anje:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Se je danes zgodilo kaj, kar je v meni spro\u017eilo napetost ali neprijetno \u010dustvo?<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Morda:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>neprijeten pogovor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ob\u010dutek zavrnitve<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pritisk ali stres<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dolgotrajen ob\u010dutek, ki vas spremlja \u017ee nekaj \u010dasa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ce zaznate povezavo med notranjim nemirom in konkretnim dogodkom ali \u010dustvom, je to pogosto znak, da ne gre za fiziolo\u0161ko lakoto, temve\u010d za <strong>\u010dustveno komponento<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hrana kot na\u010din regulacije \u010dustev<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V tak\u0161nih primerih ne gre za zadovoljevanje telesne potrebe po energiji, temve\u010d za poskus regulacije ne\u010desa, kar v resnici ni fiziolo\u0161kega izvora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hrana lahko postane:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>na\u010din pomiritve<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>oblika tola\u017ebe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sredstvo za ubla\u017eitev notranje napetosti<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>za\u010dasni odmik od neprijetnih ob\u010dutkov<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To samo po sebi ni \u00bbnapaka\u00ab. Gre za nau\u010den vzorec regulacije, ki je morda neko\u010d deloval. Vpra\u0161anje pa je, ali nam dolgoro\u010dno res koristi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Naslednji korak: \u010dustvena regulacija namesto avtomatskega hranjenja<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko prepoznamo, da je v ozadju \u010dustvena komponenta, se odpre pomembno vpra\u0161anje:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kaj se v meni pravzaprav dogaja?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Katero \u010dustvo sku\u0161am pomiriti?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kako lahko to stanje reguliram na bolj neposreden na\u010din?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Namesto da avtomatsko pose\u017eemo po hrani, lahko:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ostanemo nekaj trenutkov z ob\u010dutkom<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ga poimenujemo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>preverimo, kaj bi v tistem trenutku res potrebovali (po\u010ditek, pogovor, mejo, razbremenitev)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zaklju\u010dek<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Razlikovanje med fiziolo\u0161ko lakoto in \u010dustvenim impulzom po hrani ni vedno preprosto.
