Niti ni napa\u010dno \u0161tetje kalorij.<br>Najve\u010dja napaka je, da posku\u0161amo <strong>premagati svoje telo<\/strong>, namesto da bi za\u010deli <strong>sodelovati<\/strong> z njim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko se postavimo v mentaliteto boja \u2013 \u201cmoram premagati lakoto\u201d, \u201cmoram premagati svoje telo\u201d, \u201cmoram se brzdati\u201d \u2013 nehote spro\u017eimo mehanizme, ki nas dr\u017eijo v za\u010daranem krogu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zakaj je boj proti telesu vedno izgubljena bitka<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ideja, da se moramo boriti proti svojim ob\u010dutkom, lakoti ali potrebam, ustvarja notranji konflikt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko za\u010dnemo <strong>omejevati hrano<\/strong> na zavestni ravni, telo to do\u017eivi kot stres. In ko je telo pod stresom, se aktivirajo <strong>stari pre\u017eivetveni vzorci<\/strong> \u2013 avtomatski odzivi, ki so nam v preteklosti pomagali pre\u017eiveti ali se umiriti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za mnoge ljudi je v teh vzorcih zapisano nekaj zelo preprostega:<br><strong>\u201cHrana me pomiri. Hrana mi da ob\u010dutek varnosti.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To ni racionalna odlo\u010ditev, ampak odziv \u017eiv\u010dnega sistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako nastane za\u010darani krog prenajedanja<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko si nekaj prepovemo ali si postavimo strogo restrikcijo, se v telesu ustvari napetost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V stanju napetosti \u017eiv\u010dni sistem pogosto preklopi v <strong>impulziven odziv<\/strong>, temelje\u010d na preteklih vzorcih. Ta impulz je lahko:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>nenadno prenajedanje,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>hrepenenje po dolo\u010deni hrani,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kompulzivno iskanje umiritve skozi hrano.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Po impulzu pa pogosto pride \u0161e <strong>krivda<\/strong>:<br><em>Zakaj sem si to dovolil? Kako je spet pri\u0161lo do tega?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S tem krog ni prekinjen, ampak \u0161e okrepljen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In tu je bistvo:<br><strong>tega kroga ne moremo prelomi z ve\u010d discipline, ve\u010d nadzora ali ve\u010d restrikcije<\/strong>,<br>ker je prav restrikcija tista, ki spro\u017ei stresni odziv in posledi\u010dno impulz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kaj se v resnici dogaja v telesu in \u017eiv\u010dnem sistemu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ce \u017eelimo trajno prekiniti vzorec, potrebujemo razumevanje, kaj se dogaja <em>pod povr\u0161jem<\/em>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Odkje izvira vzorec, da hrana pomirja?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kdaj je bil ta mehanizem koristen?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ali je danes \u0161e funkcionalen ali nam \u0161kodi?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kaj je nezavedni \u201cpay-off\u201d, ki ga telo prejme, ko dobi hrano?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kaj posku\u0161a podzavest s hrano za\u0161\u010dititi ali omiliti?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu se za\u010dne resni\u010dno delo. Ne na ravni kalorij ali strogega nadzora, ampak na ravni <strong>\u017eiv\u010dnega sistema<\/strong>, <strong>podzavesti<\/strong> in <strong>jedrnega vzroka<\/strong>, zaradi katerega hrana sploh postane mehanizem regulacije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zakaj klasi\u010dni pristopi odpovejo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V pristopu, ki ga uporabljam, ne izvajamo klasi\u010dne hipnoze kot treninga discipline ali motivacije.<br>Ne u\u010dimo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>dodatnega \u0161tetja kalorij,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stro\u017ejih pravil,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ve\u010d kontrole,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0161e ve\u010d strategij \u201cprepovedi\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tak\u0161ni pristopi nagovarjajo <strong>simptom<\/strong>, ne vzroka. Pogosto dodatno pove\u010dajo napetost in s tem tudi verjetnost impulzivnega vedenja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Namesto tega se ukvarjamo s tem, kar restrikcija povzro\u010di: napetost in stres, ki aktivirata stare, nezavedne vzorce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Klju\u010d: povezava med stresom in hrano<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko razumemo povezavo med stresom, \u017eiv\u010dnim sistemom in vzorci prehranjevanja, se prenajedanje lahko za\u010dne raztapljati <strong>brez boja<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>brez stalnega nadzora,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>brez prisile,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>brez obsesivnega \u0161tetja kalorij,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>brez ob\u010dutka odpovedovanja.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To je tudi cilj programa hipnoterapije, ki ga izvajam:<br><strong>odkleniti jedrni vzrok, zaradi katerega telo uporablja hrano kot regulacijski mehanizem, in ga ne\u017eno spremeniti.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko se umiri jedrni vzrok, se umiri tudi potreba po hrani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zaklju\u010dek<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Huj\u0161anje in odpravljanje prenajedanja nista bitki z voljo ali telesom.
