Nekateri od teh pristopov so bili \u017ee predstavljeni v prej\u0161njih vsebinah in lahko pomembno pripomorejo k la\u017ejemu prehodu skozi prve dni brez kajenja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zakaj fizi\u010dni simptomi minejo, vzorec pa ostaja<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dobra novica je, da fizi\u010dni simptomi odtegnitve obi\u010dajno izzvenijo razmeroma hitro. Povsem druga\u010de pa je s \u010dustvenimi in vedenjskimi vidiki kajenja. \u010ceprav odtegnitev od nikotina traja pribli\u017eno 72 ur, lahko podzavestni vzorec kajenja vztraja ve\u010d let ali celo desetletij.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ce bi bilo kajenje zgolj posledica kemi\u010dne zasvojenosti z nikotinom, bi se kadilci pono\u010di zbujali vsakih nekaj ur, ko raven nikotina v telesu pade. V resnici pa ve\u010dina ljudi spi mirno in si cigareto pri\u017ege \u0161ele zjutraj po prebujanju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zasvojenost ni v nikotinu, temve\u010d v ritualu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To jasno ka\u017ee na to, da zasvojenost ni primarno vezana na kemi\u010dno snov, temve\u010d na ritual in vzorec uravnavanja notranjega stanja. Cigareta postane sredstvo za spoprijemanje s stresom, napetostjo, dolg\u010dasom ali \u010dustvenimi obremenitvami. Odvisnost torej ni v nikotinu, temve\u010d v podzavestnem vzorcu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zakaj zdravljenje simptomov ni dovolj<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dokler se ukvarjamo zgolj s cigareto in nikotinom, se ukvarjamo le s simptomi. Industrija nadomestnih nikotinskih terapij (NRT) temelji prav na tem \u2013 obli\u017ei, \u017eve\u010dilni gumiji, pastile in pr\u0161ila zdravijo zasvojenost z nikotinom, ne pa samega vzroka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O tem se redko govori: trg NRT je vreden ve\u010d kot dve milijardi dolarjev, uspe\u0161nost teh terapij pa je pribli\u017eno 7 %. To pomeni, da ve\u010dina ljudi kljub uporabi nadomestkov nikotina dolgoro\u010dno ne preneha s kajenjem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Odvisnost kot podzavestni vzorec<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dokler ne naslovimo globljih struktur \u2013 podzavestnih vzorcev in tako imenovanih la\u017enih ena\u010db, kot je na primer \u00bbto potrebujem, da se lahko spopadem s stresom\u00ab \u2013 bo posameznik vedno znova posegal po ne\u010dem, kar mu daje ob\u010dutek regulacije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To ni nujno cigareta. Lahko je \u017eve\u010dilni gumi, vejpanju, hrana ali nenehno poseganje po telefonu. Pri odvisnosti torej ne gre za snov, temve\u010d za vzorec v podzavesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prepoznati vzorec in ustvariti trajno spremembo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160ele prepoznavanje in razumevanje tega vzorca omogo\u010da, da prekinemo krog odvisnosti in ustvarimo trajno spremembo.
