Velikokrat mi kasneje napi\u0161ejo, da so opazili tudi druge pomembne premike v svojem vsakdanjem \u017eivljenju. Spremeni se na\u010din spanja, kakovost spanca se lahko bistveno izbolj\u0161a, pogosto poro\u010dajo o ve\u010dji notranji umirjenosti, hkrati pa tudi o tem, da dolo\u010dene situacije in izku\u0161nje do\u017eivljajo druga\u010de kot prej.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ti u\u010dinki niso naklju\u010dni in niso stranski produkti tehnik, temve\u010d naravna posledica spremembe, ki se zgodi na ravni notranjih vzorcev.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sprememba, ki prihaja od znotraj<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>To je tista prava sprememba \u2013 sprememba, ki prihaja od znotraj in ni usmerjena zgolj v odpravljanje simptoma. S tem se naravno pove\u010da ob\u010dutek notranje stabilnosti in jasnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ve\u010d izbire in ve\u010d svobode<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Prav tak\u0161na notranja sprememba posameznika pripelje do ob\u010dutka ve\u010d izbire in ve\u010d svobode. Ne gre za prisilo ali nadzor, temve\u010d za to, da oseba za\u010dne zaznavati ve\u010d mo\u017enosti v svojem odzivanju, odlo\u010danju in do\u017eivljanju. Odzivi niso ve\u010d avtomatski, temve\u010d postanejo bolj zavestni in skladni z notranjimi potrebami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta ob\u010dutek svobode je pogosto tisto, kar klienti opi\u0161ejo kot eno najpomembnej\u0161ih izku\u0161enj procesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kaj klienti odkrijejo v procesu hipnoterapije<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>To je tudi tisto, kar si \u017eelim za svoje kliente. Ne le opustitve posamezne navade, temve\u010d globlje razumevanje in stik s seboj.
