V tak\u0161nem pristopu ne gre za mu\u010dno odrekanje, stalni notranji boj ali uporabo zunanje volje, ki zahteva nenehno samonadzorovanje. Pojavi se ve\u010dja jasnost, ve\u010d stika s sabo in bolj uravnote\u017een pogled na izzive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sprememba kot naravna posledica notranjega uvida<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko se razre\u0161ijo nezavedni vzorci, kajenje preneha biti orodje za uravnavanje notranjega stanja. S tem se odpre prostor za bolj zdrav in avtenti\u010den na\u010din soo\u010danja z \u017eivljenjem.
