Kajenje je v tem primeru obravnavano kot navada, ki jo je treba prekiniti z voljo, disciplino in odrekanjem. A v praksi se pogosto zgodi, da oseba cigarete preprosto zamenja z ne\u010dim drugim \u2013 s hrano, prigrizki ali drugimi kompenzacijami. S tem se stari vzorci v resnici ohranjajo, le njihova oblika se spremeni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klju\u010dna razlika nastopi takrat, ko uspemo pogledati mimo simptoma in se usmeriti k tistemu, kar je kajenje sploh ustvarilo. Ko razre\u0161ujemo nezavedne vzorce na globlji ravni, ne obravnavamo ve\u010d zgolj vedenja, temve\u010d notranje razloge, zaradi katerih je mo\u010dna \u017eelja po kajenju sploh nastala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Razre\u0161evanje nezavednih vzorcev<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko se ti globlji vzorci razre\u0161ijo, ni ve\u010d potrebe, da bi jih oseba nezavedno vzdr\u017eevala. Prav zato se ne zgodi zgolj to, da bi cigarete nadomestili z ne\u010dim drugim, temve\u010d pride do resni\u010dne notranje spremembe. Spremeni se temelj, iz katerega je izhajala potreba po kajenju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V tak\u0161nem procesu se \u017eelja po kajenju ne potiska na stran, ne zatira in ne premaguje z mo\u010djo volje. Namesto tega preprosto izgubi svojo funkcijo in pomen, ker notranji razlogi zanjo niso ve\u010d prisotni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Opustitev brez mu\u010denja in odrekanja<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Opustitev kajenja z razre\u0161evanjem nezavednih vzorcev zato ni mu\u010den proces. Ne temelji na zavestnem naporu, ne zahteva stalnega nadzora nad seboj in ne vklju\u010duje tistega ob\u010dutka odrekanja, ki ga mnogi povezujejo z opu\u0161\u010danjem kajenja. Ni potrebe po \u00bbtrmastem vztrajanju\u00ab ali nenehnem boju s seboj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Namesto tega gre za notranji proces. Ko se ta proces zgodi, opustitev kajenja postane presenetljivo enostavna. Ne zato, ker bi se oseba silila v spremembo, temve\u010d zato, ker sprememba pride od znotraj \u2013 naravno in skladno z novim notranjim stanjem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ko sprememba postane samoumevna<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Tak\u0161na opustitev kajenja ni vpra\u0161anje mo\u010di, temve\u010d razumevanja in razre\u0161itve.
