Ne gre zgolj za prekinitev dolo\u010dene te\u017eave, temve\u010d za ustvarjanje rezov, ki omogo\u010dajo dolgoro\u010dne, notranje in resni\u010dne spremembe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Klasi\u010dni pristopi k opu\u0161\u010danju kajenja: usmerjenost v simptom<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mnogi, ki razmi\u0161ljajo o prenehanju kajenja, se pogosto spra\u0161ujejo:<br><em>Kaj bo z mano, \u010de res neham kaditi? Bom pridobil na te\u017ei? Bom zamenjal cigarete za hrano?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tak\u0161ni strahovi so pogosti in razumljivi. \u0160tevilni ljudje imajo izku\u0161njo, da so se pred prenehanjem osredoto\u010dali predvsem na simptom \u2013 samo kajenje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podobno se pogosto dogaja tudi v klasi\u010dni hipnozi, kjer je glavni fokus prav tako simptom. Hipnotizer lahko podaja sugestije v obliki:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>negativnih sporo\u010dil, kot so: \u00bbcigareta je ogabna\u00ab, \u00bbvonj ti bo neprijeten\u00ab, \u00bbslabo ti bo\u00ab ali<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pozitivnih sporo\u010dil, kot so: \u00bbzadihal bo\u0161 s polnimi plju\u010di\u00ab, \u00bbspet bo\u0161 \u010dutil prijetne vonjave\u00ab, \u00bbjutranji ka\u0161elj bo izginil\u00ab.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ceprav se zdita ti dve poti zelo razli\u010dni, sta v resnici dve plati istega pristopa \u2013 oba sta usmerjena izklju\u010dno na simptom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zakaj klasi\u010den pristop pogosto ne zadostuje<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V obeh primerih ostajamo na povr\u0161ini. Fokus ostaja na tem, <em>kaj se bo zgodilo s kajenjem<\/em>, ali <em>kaj bo brez njega<\/em>. To pa zgre\u0161i bistvo:<br><strong>Zakaj nekdo sploh ne more prenehati, \u010deprav ve, da je kajenje \u0161kodljivo, drago in omejujo\u010de?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Razlog ni v pomanjkanju informacij ali motivacije. Tisto, kar \u010dloveku ne dovoli, da bi prenehal, ni del zavestnega uma. To ni nekaj, kar bi lahko preprosto razumeli ali premislili stran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gre za:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>nezavedne vzorce,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stare notranje reakcije,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prepri\u010danja o sebi,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in simbolne povezave, ki jih ima oseba s samim procesom kajenja.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ti vzorci niso dostopni z voljo ali logi\u010dno analizo, zato tudi niso dosegljivi z metodami, ki se usmerjajo le na simptom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ko pogledamo onkraj simptoma: resni\u010den terapevtski premik<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Do teh notranjih, nezavednih struktur lahko pristopimo le preko poglobljenega terapevtskega procesa. Ko razre\u0161imo vzorce na globlji ravni in pogledamo mimo simptoma, se zgodi nekaj klju\u010dno pomembnega:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ni ve\u010d potrebe po starih odzivih,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ni potrebe po nadome\u0161\u010danju cigarete s hrano,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>izgine notranja napetost, ki je kadarkoli ustvarjala \u017eeljo po cigareti,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u010dlovek kon\u010dno razume, <em>zakaj<\/em> je sploh kadil.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tak\u0161na opustitev kajenja je naravna, ne\u017ena in temelji na notranjem procesu \u2013 ne na prisili, ne na mo\u010dni volji in ne na odrekanju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Opu\u0161\u010danje kajenja brez muke: notranja sprememba, ne boj<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kadar se sprememba zgodi na globlji ravni, opustitev ne zahteva zavestnega boja. Ni potrebe po mo\u010dni volji ali po vsakodnevnem odrekanju.<br>Proces je pogosto opisan kot:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>olaj\u0161anje,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>spro\u0161\u010denost,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ob\u010dutek, da je \u017eelja kar izginila,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ob\u010dutek, da je kajenje preprosto izgubilo svoj pomen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In kar je \u0161e lep\u0161e: spremembe se pogosto zgodijo tudi tam, kjer jih ljudje sploh niso pri\u010dakovali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nena\u010drtovane spremembe: ko notranji premik vpliva na celotno \u017eivljenje<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko se razre\u0161ijo nezavedni vzorci, se ne spremeni le kajenje. Klienti pogosto poro\u010dajo o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>izbolj\u0161ani kakovosti spanja,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ve\u010d notranjega miru,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ve\u010d energije \u010dez dan,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bolj\u0161ih odnosih z bli\u017enjimi,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>druga\u010dnem do\u017eivljanju vsakodnevnih situacij,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ve\u010dji jasnosti in ob\u010dutku osebne mo\u010di.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To so spremembe, ki prihajajo odznotraj. Spremembe, ki niso na\u010drtovane, a so pogosto najdragocenej\u0161e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zaklju\u010dek: ve\u010d izbire, ve\u010d svobode, ve\u010d \u017eivljenja<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To je tisto, kar si \u017eelim za vsakega svojega klienta:<br>da preko terapevtskega procesa odkrije svojo notranjo svobodo, da razume svoje vzorce in da za\u017eivi \u017eivljenje, kjer ima ve\u010d izbire, ve\u010d miru in ve\u010d svobode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hipnoterapija, usmerjena na globino in na razumevanje notranjih procesov, omogo\u010da prav to \u2013 ne le opustitev kajenja, temve\u010d resni\u010dno spremembo, ki ostane.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Program Prekini krog, ustvari spremembo je ustvarjen z jasnim namenom: pomagati ljudem, da ne le opustijo \u0161kodljive navade, temve\u010d tudi za\u017eivijo bolj svobodno in avtenti\u010dno \u017eivljenje.
