Koliko naj jem? Kdaj naj jem?<\/em> Toda veliko pomembnej\u0161e vpra\u0161anje je: <strong>zakaj sploh jem takrat, ko nisem la\u010den?<\/strong><br>Prenajedanje samo po sebi ni napaka \u2013 je <strong>simptom<\/strong>, <strong>odziv telesa in uma na neko nezadovoljeno potrebo<\/strong>. Hrana v teh trenutkih ne slu\u017ei le telesu, temve\u010d posku\u0161a pomiriti del nas, ki nekaj pogre\u0161a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vsako vedenje ima svoj namen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Tudi \u010dustveno prehranjevanje ima svoj izvor in smisel. Neko\u010d je bilo to vedenje na\u010din pre\u017eivetja ali samoza\u0161\u010dite. Del nas \u0161e vedno verjame, da nas s tem na nek na\u010din \u0161\u010diti \u2013 pred bole\u010dino, napetostjo, osamljenostjo ali drugimi te\u017ekimi ob\u010dutki.<br>\u010ceprav se na zavedni ravni zavedamo, da nam to vedenje \u0161koduje, <strong>nezavedni del<\/strong> nas pogosto deluje po starih vzorcih: i\u0161\u010de varnost in olaj\u0161anje na na\u010din, ki ga pozna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prepoznati spro\u017eilec in trenutek \u201cpred\u201d<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Klju\u010d do spremembe je zavedanje, <strong>kaj spro\u017ei epizodo prenajedanja<\/strong>. Kaj se je dogajalo tik pred tem, ko smo segli po \u010dokoladi, \u010dipsu ali hrani, ki nas pomiri?<br>Z razvojem <strong>prisotnosti in \u010duje\u010dnosti<\/strong> lahko za\u010dnemo opa\u017eati, kaj v resnici potrebujemo v teh trenutkih. Morda telesu manjka po\u010ditek. Morda i\u0161\u010demo ob\u010dutek topline ali pristnega stika. Hrana pogosto le nadome\u0161\u010da nekaj, kar globlje v sebi pogre\u0161amo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kritika in krivda \u2013 gorivo za nov stres<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve\u010dina ljudi se po epizodi prenajedanja za\u010dne <strong>obto\u017eevati in kritizirati<\/strong>: <em>Kako sem lahko spet to naredil? Saj vem, da ne bi smel.<\/em> Tak pristop pa samo <strong>pove\u010duje stres<\/strong>, zaradi katerega se za\u010darani krog nadaljuje.<br>Ko hrano uporabljamo za tola\u017ebo, stres in krivda postaneta neposredna spro\u017eilca novega prenajedanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">So\u010dutje do sebe \u2013 pot iz kroga<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Resni\u010dna sprememba se za\u010dne, ko <strong>prenehamo z obto\u017eevanjem<\/strong> in <strong>za\u010dnemo razvijati prijaznej\u0161i, bolj so\u010duten odnos do sebe<\/strong>.<br>Namesto da se osredoto\u010damo na prepovedi in nadzor, se lahko vpra\u0161amo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kaj v tem trenutku zares \u010dutim?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Katera potreba v meni ni zadovoljena?<br>Tak pristop nas pove\u017ee s telesom, ob\u010dutki in resni\u010dnimi vzroki vedenja \u2013 tam, kjer se za\u010dne trajna sprememba.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Terapevtska podpora pri razumevanju globljih vzorcev<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Raziskovanje \u010dustvenih vzrokov prenajedanja je pogosto la\u017eje in u\u010dinkovitej\u0161e s strokovno podporo.<br><strong>Psihoterapija<\/strong> omogo\u010da postopno razumevanje teh vzorcev, medtem ko <strong>hipnoterapija<\/strong> ponuja kraj\u0161e, a intenzivnej\u0161e procese, v katerih dostopamo do nezavednih spro\u017eilcev in vzorcev.<br>Oba pristopa pomagata razkriti, <strong>kaj v resnici i\u0161\u010demo, ko pose\u017eemo po hrani<\/strong>, in nas vodita proti bolj zavestnemu, svobodnemu odnosu s seboj in s svojim telesom.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ko vpra\u0161anja o hrani ne prina\u0161ajo odgovorov Mnogi, ki se soo\u010dajo s \u010dustvenim prenajedanjem, si pogosto zastavljajo vpra\u0161anja, kot so: Kaj naj jem?
