Pogosto \u0161ele po terapevtskem sre\u010danju za\u010dnejo opa\u017eati, <strong>koliko so v resnici jedli nezavedno<\/strong>. Hrana je mnogo ve\u010d kot le na\u010din, da pote\u0161imo fizi\u010dno lakoto \u2013 pogosto postane orodje za pomirjanje, tola\u017ebo ali prekrivanje neprijetnih ob\u010dutkov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vzorci, ki jih ponavljamo avtomatsko<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ti vzorci niso naklju\u010dni. Gre za <strong>navade in \u010dustvene mehanizme<\/strong>, ki smo jih prevzeli skozi odra\u0161\u010danje, dru\u017ebo in vzgojo. V nas obstaja del, ki deluje popolnoma avtomatsko \u2013 ta del pose\u017ee po hrani, \u0161e preden se tega zavedamo. A ko se kasneje zavemo, kaj in koliko smo pojedli, se pogosto aktivira <strong>drugi notranji glas<\/strong> \u2013 tisti kriti\u010dni, obsojajo\u010di del, ki nas napolni s krivdo in sramom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cikel krivde, stresa in tola\u017ebe<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta notranji konflikt ustvarja <strong>za\u010daran krog<\/strong>. Ob\u010dutki krivde in samokritike pove\u010dajo stres, kar nas ponovno vodi k hrani \u2013 tokrat kot na\u010dinu, da se pomirimo in omilimo neprijetna \u010dustva. Tako se krog ponavlja: krivda, stres, hrana, in znova krivda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Klju\u010d ni v dietah, ampak v zavedanju<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Edina dolgoro\u010dna re\u0161itev ni nova dieta ali bolj\u0161a samokontrola, temve\u010d <strong>sprememba na\u010dina, kako zadovoljujemo svoje potrebe<\/strong>. Klju\u010d je v tem, da se nau\u010dimo prepoznati, <strong>kaj v resnici potrebujemo<\/strong>, \u0161e preden pose\u017eemo po hrani. To se za\u010dne z ve\u010djo <strong>prisotnostjo v telesu<\/strong> \u2013 z zavedanjem ob\u010dutkov, \u010dustev in dogajanja v trenutku, ko za\u010dutimo \u017eeljo po hrani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako si lahko pomagamo<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu so nam lahko v veliko pomo\u010d <strong>\u010duje\u010dnost, hipnoza in psihoterapija<\/strong> \u2013 pristopi, ki nas u\u010dijo biti bolj prisotni, bolj zavedni in so\u010dutni do sebe. Z ve\u010djo zavestjo o tem, kaj se v nas dogaja, lahko za\u010dnemo postopoma <strong>razre\u0161evati jedrne vzroke<\/strong> za svoje prehranske vzorce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pot do ravnovesja<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko razumemo, kaj se skriva za na\u0161imi &#8220;krevingi&#8221;, jih lahko sprejmemo in za\u010dnemo spreminjati. Ko <strong>razre\u0161imo temeljne \u010dustvene vzroke<\/strong>, vpra\u0161anje, kaj jesti ali ali biti na dieti, preprosto izgubi pomen.
