Zakaj se nato po\u010dutimo krive, razo\u010darane, ali celo ogor\u010dene nad sabo? Ti ob\u010dutki niso naklju\u010dni. Pogosto se za prenajedanjem skrivajo globlji \u010dustveni vzorci, ki izvirajo iz na\u0161e preteklosti. Hrana je lahko slu\u017eila kot tola\u017eba, nagrada ali pobeg pred neprijetnimi ob\u010dutki \u2013 nekaj, kar je na neki ravni do\u017eivljal skoraj vsak izmed nas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ko hrana postane na\u010din soo\u010danja<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ce hrano ob\u010dasno uporabimo za sprostitev ali prijeten ob\u010dutek, to obi\u010dajno ne predstavlja te\u017eave. A kadar postane glavni na\u010din soo\u010danja s stresom ali \u010dustvi, se za\u010dne oblikovati vzorec, ki se s\u010dasoma zasidra globoko v na\u0161o podzavest. Mnogi od teh vzorcev izvirajo iz otro\u0161tva \u2013 ko je bila \u010dokolada nagrada za \u00bbpridnost\u00ab, sladoled pa je pomenil nekaj, kar izgubimo kot kazen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vzgoja in sporo\u010dila, ki jih nevede prena\u0161amo<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Star\u0161i se pogosto ne zavedajo, da s tak\u0161nim pristopom otroku sporo\u010dajo, da hrana ni le sredstvo za zadovoljevanje osnovnih telesnih potreb, temve\u010d nekaj, kar je povezano z odobravanjem, ljubeznijo ali ob\u010dutkom varnosti. Tudi kot odrasli zato pogosto \u0161e vedno posegamo po hrani, kadar si \u017eelimo ob\u010dutek tola\u017ebe, bli\u017eine ali nadzora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hrana kot del kulture in dru\u017ebenih navad<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161a dru\u017eba je mo\u010dno pre\u017eeta s simboliko hrane. Skoraj vsak praznik, proslava ali dru\u017eenje vklju\u010duje bogato mizo. Hrana je postala na\u010din izra\u017eanja ljubezni, pripadnosti in obilja \u2013 pogosto pa tudi nadomestek za nekaj, kar nam v \u017eivljenju manjka. Zato ni presenetljivo, da mnogi ljudje do hrane razvijejo \u010dustveni odnos, ki presega zgolj telesno potrebo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zakaj volja ni dovolj<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Prenajedanja ne moremo trajno odpraviti s \u0161e ve\u010djo voljo, stro\u017ejo dieto ali dodatnim urnikom vadbe. Te re\u0161itve delujejo le za\u010dasno, ker se ukvarjajo s posledicami, ne z vzroki. Klju\u010dno vpra\u0161anje ni <em>kaj jemo<\/em>, temve\u010d <em>zakaj jemo<\/em>. Kaj v resnici i\u0161\u010demo v hrani? Kaj nam hrana nadome\u0161\u010da ali pomaga potla\u010diti?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pot do trajne spremembe<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko razumemo in razre\u0161imo nezavedne vzorce, ki stojijo za prenajedanjem, potreba po njem preprosto izgine. Takrat ni ve\u010d potrebe po dietah, aplikacijah in samonadzoru \u2013 ker se sprememba zgodi od znotraj. Trajna sprememba temelji na raziskovanju resni\u010dnega vzroka, razvijanju so\u010dutja do sebe in razumevanju, da na\u0161i vzorci niso \u00bbnapake\u00ab, temve\u010d nau\u010deni odzivi, ki so neko\u010d imeli svoj namen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">So\u010dutje kot klju\u010d do spremembe<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko za\u010dnemo nase gledati s so\u010dutjem, ne z obsojanjem, lahko te vzorce sprejmemo \u2013 in s\u010dasoma tudi spremenimo.
