Pogosto pri\u010dakujejo, da bo hipnoza poskrbela, da nikoli ve\u010d ne bodo segli po \u010dokoladi ali \u010dipsu. A resnica je ravno nasprotna \u2013 nikoli ne gre za \u010dips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strategije proti nezavednim vzorcem<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ena najpogostej\u0161ih napak, ki vodi v za\u010darani krog neuspe\u0161nih poskusov huj\u0161anja, je zamenjava strategije za resni\u010dno spremembo vedenja.<br>Ljudje se znova in znova ujamejo v preizku\u0161anje razli\u010dnih strategij: diet, aplikacij za \u0161tetje kalorij, na\u010drtov prehranjevanja, strogih urnikov ali obdobij odrekanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vse te strategije so lahko kratkoro\u010dno u\u010dinkovite, a ne re\u0161ijo jedra te\u017eave. Ko dieta mine, se telo skoraj vedno vrne na svojo privzeto te\u017eo. Zakaj? Ker brez spremembe nezavednih vzorcev in notranjega odnosa do hrane telo deluje kot termostat \u2013 stalno se vra\u010da na znano, varno vrednost, ki jo prepozna kot nujno za pre\u017eivetje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sodelovanje s telesom namesto boja proti njemu<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ce \u017eelimo resni\u010dno prekiniti krog neuspe\u0161nih poskusov in nenehnega spra\u0161evanja \u00bbZakaj mi ne uspe?\u00ab, je klju\u010dno, da prenehamo z bojem proti telesu.<br>Namesto prisilnega odrekanja, kaznovanja in nadzora potrebujemo <strong>sodelovanje s telesom<\/strong> \u2013 ve\u010d prisotnosti, ve\u010d poslu\u0161anja notranjih signalov in ve\u010d razumevanja, kaj telo pravzaprav sporo\u010da.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sprememba se za\u010dne, ko preidemo iz nadzora v povezanost. Ko se prenehamo boriti s telesom in mu za\u010dnemo zaupati, se sprosti tudi potreba po kompenzaciji \u2013 po uti\u0161anju ob\u010dutkov s hrano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zavestna sprememba odnosa do hrane<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko spremenimo nezavedne vzorce in ozavestimo, kaj se v resnici dogaja v ozadju na\u0161ega prehranjevanja, ni ve\u010d potrebe po prisili.
