They often expect that hypnosis will ensure that they never reach for chocolate or crisps again. But the truth is the opposite \u2013 it\u2019s never about the crisps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strategies against unconscious patterns<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the most common mistakes that leads to a vicious cycle of unsuccessful weight loss attempts is substituting a strategy for real behavior change.<br>People get caught up in trying different strategies over and over again: diets, calorie counting apps, eating plans, strict schedules, or periods of abstinence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All of these strategies may be effective in the short term, but they don&#039;t address the core problem. When the diet wears off, the body almost always returns to its default weight. Why? Because without changing unconscious patterns and internal attitudes toward food, the body acts like a thermostat\u2014constantly returning to a known, safe value that it recognizes as necessary for survival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Working with the body instead of fighting against it<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If we truly want to break the cycle of failed attempts and constantly asking &quot;Why can&#039;t I succeed?&quot;, it is crucial to stop fighting the body.<br>Instead of forced renunciation, punishment and control, we need <strong>cooperation with the body<\/strong> \u2013 more presence, more listening to internal signals and more understanding of what the body is actually communicating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Change begins when we move from control to connection. When we stop fighting our bodies and start trusting them, the need to compensate \u2013 to silence our feelings with food \u2013 is released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conscious change in attitude towards food<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When we change unconscious patterns and become aware of what is really going on behind the scenes of our eating, there is no longer any need for coercion.
