Mnogi ljudje se znajdejo v za\u010daranem krogu: odlo\u010dijo se za spremembo, nekaj \u010dasa zdr\u017eijo, nato pa ob prvem padcu motivacije zdrsnejo nazaj v stare vzorce. Zakaj se to dogaja in zakaj je obi\u010dajna zavestna borba tako naporna? Odgovor se skriva v razumevanju razlike med zavestnim in nezavednim delom uma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zavestna borba proti navadam je mu\u010dna<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko se lotimo spremembe zgolj z voljo in zavestnimi odlo\u010ditvami, pogosto tr\u010dimo ob zid. Zavestna kontrola zahteva ogromno energije in osredoto\u010denosti, kar dolgoro\u010dno ni vzdr\u017eno. To je tisti del uma, ki omogo\u010da, da sprememba postane naravna, trajna in ne zahteva stalne borbe ali prisile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sklep<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ce se \u017eelite znebiti slabih navad brez neskon\u010dnih mu\u010dnih poskusov samokontrole, je smiselno pogled usmeriti globlje \u2013 k nezavednim vzorcem.
