Gre le za simptome. Osredoto\u010danje na simptome nas lahko vodi do kratkoro\u010dnih re\u0161itev, vendar nas ne premakne v smer trajne preobrazbe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Namesto uporabe prisiljenih tehnik, ki delujejo zgolj na povr\u0161ini in posku\u0161ajo spremeniti zunanje vedenje, se pristop spremeni, ko usmerimo pozornost v notranjost \u2013 tja, kjer se skriva pravi razlog za vztrajanje v \u0161kodljivih vzorcih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Notranji konflikt kot klju\u010d do razumevanja<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V ozadju skoraj vsakega trdovratnega vedenja se skriva notranji konflikt. Gre za nezavedne vzorce, ki nas dr\u017eijo v notranji napetosti \u2013 med tem, kar v resnici \u017eelimo, in tem, \u010desar se (nezavedno) bojimo. Ta razkorak v na\u0161i podzavesti nam prepre\u010duje, da bi naredili korak naprej in vzpostavili stabilno, dolgotrajno spremembo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko pa uspemo prepoznati in razre\u0161iti ta notranji konflikt, vedenjski simptom \u2013 denimo kajenje ali prenajedanje \u2013 preprosto izgubi svojo funkcijo. Ne potrebujemo ve\u010d mo\u010dne zavestne volje, da se zoperstavimo staremu vzorcu, saj ta vzorec nima ve\u010d opore v notranjem do\u017eivljanju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sprememba, ki pride od znotraj<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Prav zato trajna sprememba ne sme temeljiti zgolj na nadzoru, disciplini ali prisili. Prava mo\u010d spremembe pride takrat, ko ozdravimo tisto, kar se skriva v globini \u2013 in ko se notranji konflikt razblini, simptomi samodejno prenehajo biti te\u017eava.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tak\u0161na sprememba je nenaporna, ker ne zahteva nenehnega boja. Dogaja se naravno, ker se ne ukvarjamo ve\u010d z zatiranjem posledic, temve\u010d smo preoblikovali njihov vzrok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zaklju\u010dek:<\/strong><br>\u010ce \u017eelimo ustvariti resni\u010dne in trajne spremembe v \u017eivljenju, je klju\u010d v tem, da ne gasimo simptomov, temve\u010d poi\u0161\u010demo in razre\u0161imo notranje razloge, zaradi katerih so se ti simptomi sploh pojavili.
