Njegov cilj je pomagati posameznikom, da na globlji ravni \u2013 skozi podzavest \u2013 dose\u017eejo <strong>trajnostno spremembo vedenja<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Program je namenjen tistim, ki se spopadajo z navadami, kot so:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>smoking,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>overeating,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prekomerno pitje alkohola,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>grizenje nohtov,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>odla\u0161anje (prokrastinacija),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nespe\u010dnost,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>impulzivno nakupovanje.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Prav tako je primeren za ljudi, ki trpijo zaradi <strong>nizke samopodobe, \u0161kodljivih miselnih vzorcev, kroni\u010dnega stresa in izgorelosti<\/strong>. Velik del na\u0161ih udele\u017eencev je \u017ee poskusil druge metode in zavestne pristope, a brez trajnega uspeha. Ti ljudje i\u0161\u010dejo <strong>re\u0161itev, ki sega globlje<\/strong> \u2013 do temeljnih nezavednih vzorcev, ki vodijo njihovo vedenje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kdo program ni primeren?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Program <strong>ni primeren za vsakogar<\/strong>. \u010ce i\u0161\u010dete hitre, povr\u0161inske re\u0161itve brez osebne predanosti ali pa niste pripravljeni na notranje delo, ta pristop verjetno ne bo u\u010dinkovit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tudi \u010de lahko simptome hitro odpravimo, se ti pogosto vrnejo, \u010de <strong>ne spremenimo globljega vzorca v ozadju<\/strong>. Klju\u010dna posebnost na\u0161ega programa je ravno v tem: ne odpravljamo le simptoma, ampak pomagamo ljudem do <strong>netipi\u010dnih rezultatov<\/strong>, ki presegajo za\u010detni namen terapije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Netipi\u010dni rezultati: ve\u010d kot le odprava te\u017eave<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ljudje pogosto pridejo zaradi ene te\u017eave \u2013 na primer, da bi prenehali kaditi. Vendar se med procesom za\u010dnejo <strong>spreminjati tudi druga podro\u010dja njihovega \u017eivljenja<\/strong>: zdravje, finan\u010dno stanje, odnosi, samopodoba in splo\u0161no po\u010dutje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pogosta povratna informacija udele\u017eencev je ob\u010dutek <strong>ve\u010djega notranjega miru in samozavedanja<\/strong>. To ni posledica prisile ali mu\u010dnega odrekanja, ampak <strong>naravna posledica spremembe v podzavesti<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zakaj hipnoterapija deluje druga\u010de?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zavestna borba s \u0161kodljivimi navadami zahteva veliko samodiscipline in volje. Ko smo \u010dustveno ranljivi, utrujeni ali pod stresom, se hitro vrnemo v stare vzorce. Hipnoterapija deluje druga\u010de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kot je dejal <strong>Milton Erickson<\/strong>, eden najvplivnej\u0161ih hipnoterapevtov:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00bbNa\u0161a zavest je pametna. A na\u0161e nezavedno je modro.\u00ab<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>V hipnoterapiji <strong>ne delamo z razumskim bojem<\/strong>, temve\u010d z va\u0161o notranjo modrostjo \u2013 z nezavednim. To pomeni, da <strong>ni potrebe po nikotinskih obli\u017eih, e-cigaretah, grenkih lakih, seznamih pravil, aplikacijah ali vsakodnevnih vajah<\/strong>. Program ne zahteva dodatnih nalog ali posnetkov, ki bi jih morali poslu\u0161ati ve\u010d tednov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hipnoza ni izguba nadzora<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Veliko ljudi skrbi, da bi v hipnozi izgubili nadzor. To ne dr\u017ei. <strong>Hipnoza pomeni ve\u010d nadzora, ne manj.<\/strong> V tem stanju imate ve\u010djo izbiro \u2013 sposobnost, da zavestno reagirate na nove ideje. Sugestibilnost ne pomeni pasivne dovzetnosti, temve\u010d <strong>ve\u010djo odprtost za konstruktivne spremembe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V programu se ne ukvarjamo zgolj s simptomi, temve\u010d gremo <strong>v jedro te\u017eave<\/strong> \u2013 tja, kjer nastajajo vzorci, ki vodijo va\u0161e navade in izbire.
