The key to lasting change lies deeper."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Uvod<\/strong><br>Veliko ljudi se znajde v za\u010daranem krogu kajenja, kljub \u0161tevilnim poskusom, da bi s to navado enkrat za vselej opravili. Zakaj je tako te\u017eko prenehati? In zakaj se mnogi, tudi po dalj\u0161em obdobju abstinence, znova vrnejo k cigaretam? Odgovor na to vpra\u0161anje je pogosto bolj kompleksen, kot se zdi na prvi pogled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hitro olaj\u0161anje simptomov s pomo\u010djo medicinske hipnoze<\/strong><br>Kot terapevt z dolgoletnimi izku\u0161njami na podro\u010dju medicinske hipnoze opa\u017eam, da lahko tako medicinska kot klasi\u010dna hipnoza zelo u\u010dinkovito in hitro omilita simptome povezane s kajenjem. Tak pristop je izjemno ciljno usmerjen \u2013 deluje neposredno na simptom, torej na samo vedenje kajenja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na mojih spletnih kanalih je brezpla\u010dno na voljo hipnoti\u010dni posnetek za opustitev kajenja, ki temelji na preverjenih principih medicinske hipnoze. Veliko posameznikov mi je poro\u010dalo, da jim je ta posnetek pomagal pri opu\u0161\u010danju cigaret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Povratki v stare vzorce: simptom ne\u010desa globljega<\/strong><br>Kljub uspehom, ki jih posamezniki dosegajo s pomo\u010djo hipnoze, pogosto opazimo pojav povratka \u2013 v\u010dasih po nekaj mesecih, drugi\u010d \u0161ele po nekaj letih. Tak povratek v star vzorec kajenja ni naklju\u010dje. Poka\u017ee nam, da kajenje v resnici ni glavni problem, temve\u010d simptom ne\u010desa globljega.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kaj v resnici poganja \u017eeljo po kajenju?<\/strong><br>V ozadju \u017eelje po kajenju se pogosto skrivajo notranja prepri\u010danja, nezavedna \u010dustva, ter t. i. sekundarne koristi, ki jih ima posameznik od kajenja. Te koristi so lahko povsem nezavedne \u2013 ob\u010dutek pomiritve, varnosti, nadzora ali pripadnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prav zaradi teh kompleksnih ozadij smo na In\u0161titutu za klini\u010dno in pogovorno hipnozo razvili specializiran program hipnoterapije, ki je usmerjen v razumevanje in razre\u0161evanje teh jedrnih notranjih vzorcev.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trajna sprememba je mo\u017ena \u2013 ko nagovorimo jedro problema<\/strong><br>Izku\u0161nje ka\u017eejo, da ko nekdo uspe\u0161no predela in razre\u0161i temeljni vzrok, zaradi katerega je kadil, takrat tudi simptom \u2013 torej samo kajenje \u2013 izgine. In to brez notranjega boja, brez trpljenja, brez ob\u010dutka pomanjkanja. Prenehanje kajenja postane naraven stranski u\u010dinek notranje spremembe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160e pomembneje pa je, da so te spremembe trajne. Ko izgineta notranji vzgib in potreba, ni ve\u010d razlogov za povratek k cigaretam.
