Zakaj? Zato ker ve\u010dina pristopov deluje zgolj na povr\u0161ini \u2013 na simptomih. Ti simptomi pa so pravzaprav le zunanji izraz globljih notranjih konfliktov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Simptom ni vzrok \u2013 je pokazatelj<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ce \u017eelimo dose\u010di <em>trajno spremembo brez ponovitev in relapsov<\/em>, moramo najprej razumeti, da so omenjene te\u017eave \u2013 kajenje, prenajedanje, odla\u0161anje \u2013 zgolj <em>simptomi<\/em>. So pokazatelji ne\u010desa globljega, kar se dogaja znotraj nas. In kadar se osredoto\u010damo le na odpravljanje teh simptomov, lahko dose\u017eemo le za\u010dasne re\u0161itve. Pravi vzrok ostaja nespremenjen, zato se te\u017eava pogosto vrne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pot trajne spremembe: odprava notranjega konflikta<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Namesto da se zatekamo k prisiljenim tehnikam, ki delujejo zgolj na ravni zavestnega uma, je bolj u\u010dinkovito, da se usmerimo v razre\u0161evanje <em>notranjih konfliktov<\/em>. Ti konflikti obstajajo v na\u0161i podzavesti \u2013 v na\u0161ih vzorcih, prepri\u010danjih in izku\u0161njah \u2013 in nas pogosto zadr\u017eujejo v starih vedenjih, \u010deprav si \u017eelimo spremembe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Podzavestni vzorci: ovira na poti naprej<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ravno ti podzavestni vzorci nas dr\u017eijo ujeti v notranjem konfliktu s samim seboj. Gre za tiste tihe, nezavedne sile, ki nas ustavljajo na poti naprej, \u010detudi se zavestno trudimo. In dokler teh notranjih ovir ne prepoznamo in razre\u0161imo, ostajamo v krogu ponavljajo\u010dih se neuspehov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ko se notranji konflikt razre\u0161i, simptomi izginejo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klju\u010dni trenutek nastopi, ko razre\u0161imo ta notranji konflikt. Takrat simptomi \u2013 kot so kajenje, prenajedanje ali odla\u0161anje \u2013 preprosto prenehajo biti te\u017eava. Ni jih ve\u010d treba &#8220;premagovati&#8221;, saj izgine potreba po njih. Sprememba, ki sledi, je zato naravna, nenasilna in \u2013 kar je najpomembnej\u0161e \u2013 <em>trajna<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sprememba brez truda: ko odpade potreba po volji<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko je globinski vzrok odpravljen, se vedenje spremeni brez potrebe po zavestni sili volje. Sprememba ni ve\u010d mu\u010dna ali naporna \u2013 preprosto se zgodi. To pa je tudi razlog, zakaj so tak\u0161ne spremembe bistveno bolj stabilne in dolgotrajne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong> Pravi pristop je usmerjen navznoter<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ce si \u017eelimo resni\u010dnih, trajnih sprememb, moramo pogledati globlje \u2013 pod povr\u0161ino simptomov \u2013 in se vpra\u0161ati, <em>kaj v nas<\/em> nas zadr\u017euje, ustavlja ali usmerja v ne\u017eelena vedenja.
