Veliko posameznikov po dolgih letih zasvojenosti do\u017eivi pomembne spremembe \u017ee po eni terapevtski seji, a kljub temu nadaljujejo s kajenjem \u2013 \u010deprav v zmanj\u0161anem obsegu. Kaj se dogaja v tak\u0161nih primerih? Zakaj kljub odporu do cigaret \u010dlovek \u0161e vedno kadi? Odgovor se skriva v zanimivem odnosu med zavestjo in podzavestjo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ko podzavest prekine vzorec, zavest pa \u0161e ne sledi<\/strong><br>Pogosto terapevti sli\u0161ijo zgodbe kadilcev, ki so kadili 20, 30 let \u2013 \u0161katlo ali celo ve\u010d cigaret na dan \u2013 in po terapevtskem sre\u010danju pridejo z izjavo: \u00bb\u0160e vedno kadim.\u00ab Vendar ko nadaljujejo, dodajo, da zdaj kdaj pokadijo le \u0161tiri ali pet cigaret dnevno. In kljub temu re\u010dejo: \u00bbPreprosto ne morem nehati. Res ne morem nehati kaditi.\u00ab<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To ka\u017ee na zanimiv psiholo\u0161ki fenomen: njihova <em>podzavest<\/em> je \u017ee za\u010dela proces spremembe, morda celo \u017ee prekinila stari vzorec. A <em>zavestni del<\/em> tega \u0161e ni popolnoma dojel, \u0161e ni \u00bbdohitel\u00ab nove realnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Odpor do cigaret kljub nadaljevanju kajenja<\/strong><br>\u010ce takega posameznika vpra\u0161amo, kako do\u017eivlja kajenje zdaj, pogosto odgovori:<br>\u00bbV bistvu mi sploh ni ve\u010d v\u0161e\u010d. Okus je grozen. Zdi se mi, kot da se du\u0161im. V resnici si tega sploh ne \u017eelim ve\u010d.\u00ab<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To pomeni, da se je notranje stanje \u017ee bistveno spremenilo \u2013 oseba ne u\u017eiva ve\u010d v cigaretah, nima ve\u010d resni\u010dne \u017eelje po kajenju, a navada in zavestna miselnost jo \u0161e vedno vodita k nekaj cigaretam na dan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prehodni \u010das: od podzavestne spremembe do zavestne osvoboditve<\/strong><br>V tak\u0161nih primerih gre za fazo prehoda. Podzavest je opravila svoje delo \u2013 spremenila je vzorec, zmanj\u0161ala potrebo, spremenila odziv telesa in uma na cigarete. Zavest pa mora to \u0161e doumeti, notranje priznati in se temu prilagoditi. Pogosto je to le \u0161e vpra\u0161anje \u010dasa \u2013 obdobje, ko \u00bbpo\u010distimo ostanke\u00ab in se zavestno osvobodimo tudi teh nekaj zadnjih cigaret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zaklju\u010dek<\/strong><br>Proces opu\u0161\u010danja kajenja ne poteka vedno prek trenutne, popolne prekinitve. V\u010dasih se za\u010dne z globoko spremembo v podzavesti, ki ji zavest \u0161ele kasneje sledi. Ko enkrat razumemo, da je odpor do kajenja \u017ee prisoten in da u\u017eitek pri kajenju izgine, vemo, da smo \u017ee na poti osvoboditve \u2013 \u010detudi \u0161e kadimo nekaj cigaret na dan. Pomembno je zaupati temu procesu in dati \u010dasu \u010das, da zavest ujame podzavestno resnico: da smo \u017ee skoraj \u2013 ali pa \u017ee povsem \u2013 nekdanji kadilci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UvodOpu\u0161\u010danje kajenja je proces, ki se ne odvije vedno linearno ali hitro.
