Kljub \u0161tevilnim poskusom se pogosto znajdejo v za\u010daranem krogu, kjer re\u0161itve prina\u0161ajo le za\u010dasne u\u010dinke. V tem \u010dlanku bomo raziskali, kako se specializirani hipnoterapijski programi razlikujejo od klasi\u010dnih metod ter zakaj prina\u0161ajo dolgotrajne rezultate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kajenje kot simptom \u2013 ne te\u017eava sama po sebi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ena izmed klju\u010dnih razlik med razli\u010dnimi pristopi k opu\u0161\u010danju kajenja je ta, da ve\u010dina metod obravnava kajenje kot te\u017eavo samo po sebi. Ve\u010dina strategij se osredoto\u010da na zmanj\u0161anje ali odpravo simptoma, ne pa na odpravo jedrnega vzroka, ki povzro\u010da \u017eeljo po kajenju. To pomeni, da se posameznik trudi zadr\u017eati ali zmanj\u0161ati simptom, vendar ne re\u0161i temeljnega vzroka, zaradi katerega potreba po kajenju sploh obstaja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Podzavest kot klju\u010d do trajne spremembe<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Razlog, zakaj se ljudje kljub zavestni \u017eelji po prenehanju kajenja vedno znova vra\u010dajo k tej navadi, je v podzavesti. \u010ce bi bila odlo\u010ditev o prenehanju kajenja zgolj zavestna, bi jo bilo enostavno izvesti \u2013 dovolj bi bilo sli\u0161ati opozorila o \u0161kodljivosti kajenja in sprejeti odlo\u010ditev. Vendar pa vemo, da temu ni tako.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mnogi kadilci si iskreno \u017eelijo prenehati, vendar jim podzavestni vzorci in globoko zakoreninjene povezave prepre\u010dujejo trajen uspeh. To je razlog, zakaj je treba pri opu\u0161\u010danju kajenja delati na ravni podzavesti, kjer ti vzorci dejansko nastanejo in vztrajajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Klasi\u010dna hipnoza proti specializirani hipnoterapiji<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tudi klasi\u010dna hipnoza se pogosto osredoto\u010da na simptom. V hipnoti\u010dnem stanju posameznik prejme sugestije, kot so: \u00bbZdaj si nekadilec\u00ab, \u00bbZadiha\u0161 s polnimi plju\u010di\u00ab ali \u00bbKajenje ti je neprijetno\u00ab. \u010ceprav lahko tak pristop pomaga, je njegov u\u010dinek pogosto za\u010dasen, saj ne obravnava globljih vzrokov, ki vodijo v potrebo po kajenju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pri specializiranih programih hipnoterapije, ki jih razvijamo na In\u0161titutu za klini\u010dno in pogovorno hipnozo, pa se osredoto\u010damo na odpravo jedrnih vzrokov. Namesto da bi se zgolj trudili zmanj\u0161ati \u017eeljo po kajenju, odpravljamo temeljne podzavestne vzorce, ki to \u017eeljo povzro\u010dajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zakaj je ta pristop u\u010dinkovitej\u0161i?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko ljudje prenehajo kaditi z obi\u010dajnimi metodami, pogosto ob\u010dutijo mo\u010dno potrebo po cigareti, nervozo ali i\u0161\u010dejo nadomestne navade, kot so grizljanje hrane ali \u017eve\u010denje \u017eve\u010dilk. To pomeni, da se simptom (kajenje) zgolj preoblikuje v drugo obliko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S specializirano hipnoterapijo pa ne gre le za to, da se oseba prisili v prenehanje kajenja \u2013 temve\u010d za to, da se spro\u017ei globoka notranja sprememba, ki odpravi potrebo po kajenju na podzavestni ravni. To pomeni, da odvajanje ni stresno, ne zahteva vsakodnevne borbe in ni potrebe po nadomestitvi stare navade z novo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zaklju\u010dek<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Specializirani programi hipnoterapije prina\u0161ajo trajne spremembe, saj ne delujejo zgolj na simptom, temve\u010d odpravljajo vzroke, zaradi katerih je kajenje postalo del posameznikovega \u017eivljenja.
